Terms of Use for This Website

Last updated: October 2026

These terms apply to your use of cmghost.garden and the services Cmghost Tree Service offers through it. When you use the site, call the number on it, or send a form, you accept these terms. This is a general template and is not legal advice.

What We Do

Cmghost Tree Service is a referral and marketing service. We connect homeowners with independent tree removal providers. We do not remove trees, grind stumps, trim branches, or clear storm damage. We are also not a party to any agreement you reach with a provider.

Providers Stand on Their Own

The providers you are connected with run their own independent businesses. They alone answer for their quotes, prices, scheduling, workmanship, safety practices, licensing, insurance, and conduct. We do not employ, supervise, or direct them. We make no promises about when a provider is available, how fast they respond, or how their work turns out.

Before you hire anyone, check their credentials, ask for proof of insurance, and get a written quote.

General Information Only

The material on this site is for general information. It is not arborist, legal, insurance, or financial advice. Cost ranges are typical U.S. figures that change from job to job, and they are not quotes. Confirm details with a qualified provider and, when it applies, with your insurer and local permit office.

What We Ask of You

Please give accurate information when you contact us and use the site for lawful purposes only. Do not misuse the site, interfere with how it runs, or try to get into it without permission.

Calls, Texts, and Email

By calling or sending a form, you agree that we and the provider we connect you with may contact you about your request by phone, text, or email. Calls may be tracked or recorded for quality and billing purposes. You can ask us to stop contacting you whenever you like by emailing contact@cmghost.garden.

Ownership of Content

The text and design of this site belong to Cmghost Tree Service or its licensors. Please do not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without permission.

Limits on Our Liability

As far as the law allows, Cmghost Tree Service is not responsible for loss or damage that comes from using this site, from any provider's services, or from any agreement between you and a provider. The site is offered on an as-is basis, with no warranties of any kind.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these terms at any time. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the new version.
